Rules and Regulations

Confindenuality and Location Safety
Respectful and Community Living
No drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on the property.
No weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, tasers, etc.).
Prescription medications must be stored safely and used only as directed.
Substance Abuse and Prohibitted items
The Safe House address must remain confidential at all times.
Residents may not share the location with anyone, including friends, family, or social media.
No photos, videos, or live streams may be taken on the property.
Visitors are not permitted unless approved by staff for safety reasons.
Program Participation
All residents must treat each other with dignity and respect.
No verbal threats, intimidation, harassment, or physical aggression.
Respect personal boundaries and privacy.
Keep noise levels reasonable; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Curfew and Checkin
Personal Conduct
Maintain your assigned room in a clean and orderly condition.
Participate in basic household chores as assigned.
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
Use shared spaces respectfully and clean up after yourself.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Children must remain within designated safe areas.
No corporal punishment or physical discipline is allowed on the property.
Standard curfew is 9:00 PM unless otherwise approved by staff.
Residents must communicate their whereabouts when leaving the property.
Failure to check in may result in a safety review.
Daily Living Expectations
Residents are encouraged to participate in case management and safety planning.
Services are voluntary, but cooperation with safety protocols is required.
Residents must follow staff instructions during emergencies or drills.
Children and Family Responsibilities
No romantic or sexual activity on the property.
No stealing, borrowing without permission, or tampering with others’ belongings.
No disruptive behavior that threatens the safety or peace of the home.
Phone use is allowed unless it compromises safety.
Staff may restrict communication with individuals who pose a risk.
No posting about the Safe House, residents, or staff online.
Technology and Communication
Violations of these rules may result in:
A verbal warning
A written safety review
Temporary restrictions
Program exit if safety is compromised
Decisions are made with the safety of all residents in mind.
